The company JK Logistika a.s. with registered office at Na Petřinách 292/64, 162 00 Prague 6, ID: 248 216 41, email: info@jklas.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) hereby informs about the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
What personal data we process
We only process personal data that you yourself provide to us via the contact form or email, in particular:
- name and surname,
- email address,
- phone number and the content of the message, if applicable.
For what purpose we process the data
We process personal data for the sole purpose of dealing with your enquiry, request or application, based on your voluntary contacting our company.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
- the legitimate interest of the controller in dealing with your enquiry,
- or negotiations leading to the conclusion of the contract.
Retention period of personal data
Your personal data we do not keep it for longer than is necessary to deal with the enquiry. Once it has been processed, the data removed without further processing and are not further archived or used for other purposes. In case of conclusion of a lease agreement personal data are processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period of time specified by the relevant legal regulations.
Transmission of personal data

- we do not pass on to third parties,
- are not transferred outside the European Union.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:
- request information about the processing of personal data,
- request the rectification or erasure of personal data,
- object to processing,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
